DAY 1: DISCOVER THE DONG VAN KARST PLATEAU

* Morning: Depart from Ha Giang City and climb the winding Bac Sum Pass. Stop at Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate for panoramic views of Twin Mountains. Enjoy lunch in Yen Minh.
* Afternoon: Test your riding skills on the sharp switchbacks of Tham Ma Pass and Chin Khoanh Pass, taking in views over the Pho Cao Valley.
* Evening: Arrive in Dong Van Ancient Town and check into your homestay. Dine on local specialties like black chicken hotpot and buckwheat cakes, then explore the night market.

DAY 2: MA PI LENG PASS & NHO QUE RIVER CRUISE

* Morning: Ride across Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam’s most scenic mountain passes. Board a boat on the turquoise Nho Que River to travel through the 1,000-meter vertical cliffs of Tu San Canyon.
* Afternoon: Refuel with lunch in Meo Vac. Follow quiet mountain roads through Ly Bon (where the Nho Que and Gam Rivers meet) as you cross into Cao Bang Province.
* Evening: Reach Bao Lac, check into your homestay, and enjoy a peaceful dinner.

DAY 3: 15-TIER KHAU COC CHA PASS & KHUOI KY STONE VILLAGE

* Morning: Conquer the famous 15-tiered Khau Coc Cha Pass. Take a short hike to the viewpoint for an elevated view of the stacked hairpin turns.
* Afternoon: Traverse the scenic Xuan Truong Valley and cross Na Ten Pass to the Keo Yen Viewpoint along the Vietnam-China border. Continue to Trung Khanh District.

DAY 4: BAN GIOC WATERFALL – GOD’S EYE MOUNTAIN – CAO BANG CITY

* Morning: Board a bamboo raft near the base of Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of Asia’s grandest border waterfalls. Visit Phat Tich Truc Lam Pagoda on the hillside for a panoramic view over the falls.
* Afternoon: Explore Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark and stop at God’s Eye Mountain (Mat Than Mountain), a lush valley featuring a distinctive mountain peak perforated by a natural round hole. Descend Ma Phuc Pass to end the trip in Cao Bang City.
